What types of delivery are available in France?

You can choose between the following delivery types:

  • Standard delivery : delivery in 2-4 working days at home for 6,90€ (offered from 59€ of purchase)
  • Delivery in relay point: delivery in 3-4 working days in relay point for 4,90€ (offered from 39€ of purchase)
  • Express delivery : delivery in 1 working day at home for 13,20€.
  • In store, by opting for the Click & Collect option: free delivery in one of our stores Panier des Sens.

We ship within 24 hours for orders placed before 1pm (while stocks last).

Can I have my order delivered to another country?

How do I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the shipment including the carrier tracking number.
If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact customer service:

How do I change or add a delivery address?

Log in to your customer account at Panier des Sens, then click on the "My Account" icon at the top right of the site.

Then click on "view addresses" under "account details" and then on "edit" to modify your address or on "add new address" to create a new one.

You can also choose to delete an address by clicking on "Delete".

Returns:

If you have changed your mind and no longer want your products, you have 14 days following receipt of the products. The products must be returned to us in their original packaging and never have been opened or used. Promotional gifts that came with the products must also be returned to us at this address with this message by email or mail:

"for the attention of PANIER DES SENS RETAIL SARL, Parc d’Activités St-Antoine, Boulevard Jules Sebastianelli - 13011 Marseille, FRANCE. information@panierdessens.com: i/we (*) hereby inform you (*) of my/our (*) withdrawal from the contract for the sale of goods (*)/provision of services (*) below: ordered on (*)/received on (*): consumer(s)' name(s): consumer(s)' address(es): consumer(s)' signature (only if the form hereof is sent on paper media): date: (*) delete as appropriate."
